Good luck getting that law to stick outside of Georgia, even IF it gets made law IN Georgia.

I am sure even if this were not a violation of freedom of speech, it would be so easy to catch the people doing it. I mean, it isn't like you can use the internet and communicate with people from other countries. And it isn't like images spread fast on the internet.
