The map on the website has Bird in Hand PA way far to the west, approximately where Breezewood is actually located. As I remember it, Blue Ball and Bird in Hand refer to tavern signs on the old Philadelphia Turnpike.

I didn't rub one out when I was in NC, but I'm preeety sure I could manage it in under a half hour.
