Anti Obama Cruz control

2013-02-12 05:50:17 PM
But will he protect our golf courses from the UN?

2013-02-12 05:53:28 PM
And if that occurs, the chances are far greater that our young men and women will be sent into harm's way. I don't want to see that happen

That's a load of shiat.

You llbs just don't get it.  Ted Cruz is a true american patriot and he see's how NObama is an incompetent fool who will use everything in his power to keep Iran from going to war with the USA at the same time doing everything to go to war with Iran.  Fartbongo is to stupid to do anything right, but the righteous Sen. Cruz knows to take both sides of this issue as to cut off NObamafartaxbongo jr's ultimate retreat.

It's so clear why can't you all see that?

And yet this nut is probably more stable than Cornyn

2013-02-12 05:56:50 PM
Mr. Cruz;
Please explain, exactly, how Hagel would make it more likely get a nuke.  Also try to tie this in with that Iran has been 1-2 years from having a nuke for 30 years now.

You would think at some point, insulting the intelligence of their voters/supporters like this would backfire on them.

/then you remember they are Republican voters, and therefore all insults against their intelligence are fully justified

2013-02-12 05:58:18 PM
Weren't the previous criticisms that he didn't support Israel enough?

It is entirely possible to be belligerent towards Iran without being friendly to Israel.

I want you all to know I voted against this man. It didn't make a damn bit of difference, but I did.

(my provisional ballot in Texas was rejected)

Apparently Senator Cruz has no idea what the Secretary of Defense actually does.

2013-02-12 06:07:21 PM
Cruz is going to derp himself into the same corner Rand Paul is in and then it will be easier for all of us to point and laugh.

2013-02-12 06:08:29 PM
"Because in my view, Chuck Hagel's being confirmed will only encourage the nation of Iran to continue and accelerate its program to develop nuclear weapons capacity," Cruz said at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing.

Why would he think that?  Does he think Dinnerjacket has his hand on a Faster/Slower lever and is tuned into the Hagel confirmation circus like it was a season-ending cliffhanger episode of that beloved late 70's TV series Soap?

"He's looking strong, boys!  Speed up the nuke program!"

"Rough seas, men!  Hagel's not going to make it.  Better mothball this project we've been working on for decades!  oh darn."

We've entered the "throw shiat against the wall and see what sticks" portion of the nomination process.

I like how Cruz pretends to care about putting our troops in harm's way, when in reality, he couldn't care less.

Muta: "Is Ted Cruz the latest retarded Texan Republicans are hoping to lead the party to national relevance?"

Ted Cruz used to be some homeless dingbat in Texas who somehow made it into the Texas state legislature some years back.  After one term, Texas realized its mistake (I know, *shocking*, that) and threw him out.

But once the Tea Party Crazy reached epidemic levels in the Lone Synapse State, they sent him to Washington, where he has worked tirelessly to justify the low opinion of the rest of the country for Texas.

These are the same people who thought 10 years ago that when Iran ran saw footage of some M1 Abrams Tanks rolling through downtown Baghdad with Kid Rock's Baw Wit Da Baw blaring in the background that they would immeidate shart their pants and hand us their nuclear plans.

In otherwords, they've proven to be complete idiots on the matter and should not be addressed in any form on the subject other than as a source of pointing and laughter.

It must kill Republicans to have to pretend to be against a war.

2013-02-12 06:41:08 PM
During the last election, I was still in Texas. Which means I had to watch all of this nut's political ads.

It made me very, very glad that I was about to escape to the safe confines of Massachusetts.

Will Senator Cruz find a consistent excuse to oppose Hagel?

Will the Republicans find a way to blame Hagel for Benghazi?

Will Lindsey throw a temper-tantrum to stall the confirmation?

Will Mahmoud choke on a Pretzel while laughing at McCain's butthurt?

Will younger Farker's get these references to Soap?

2013-02-12 06:49:33 PM
Lol, Cruz and Rubio actually think they'll be viable presidential candidates in 3 years.  They're about a transparent as Justin Beiber attempts to  become hard.

Non-excuse. Iranians couldn't care less. And if they were able to increase anything, I'm sure they would, regardless.

Rookies are encouraged to shut up and pay attention; advice Senator Ted Cruz would be well advised to follow.

Today Senator Bill Nelson, of Florida, rebuked the junior senator from Texas for comments he had made about Chuck Hagel at the hearings of the Senate Armed Services Committee, while Sen. John McCain watched and grinned in apparent agreement.

Cruz has been a senator for six weeks.

Sen. Ted Cruz is a threat to America because if he retains his Senate seat, the Sun will explode within the year.

Because Israel, or something.

To make Republicans look bad all you have to do is make up quotes of what you believe they say.

Hi, you must be new around here.  It is customary to misrepresent or exaggerate the actual content of an article for humorous effect, or to encourage Admins to green/FARKers to click.

But it is also customary for "conservatives" to enter into a thread with sole purpose of expressing their butthurt, so, well-done!

It's funny, because to make Democrats look bad, all you have to do is make up quotes of what you believe Obama is going to do once he overthrows the Constitution and becomes a dictator, right, Bogeyman?

What a Ted smarter than Ted Cruz might look like.

2013-02-12 10:46:17 PM
Ted Cruz was my freshman year roommate in college.

He was an ignorant dip then, and he's an ignorant dip now.

Turns out being the most unliked guy in an entire dorm is a good prerequisite for a career in politics.

2013-02-12 11:31:18 PM
This is simple logic, people.

Chuck Hagel will either go to war with Iran or won't  go to war with Iran.
If Chuck Hagel will go to war with Iran, then he is unfit to become Secretary of Defense.
If Chuck Hagel won't go to war with Iran, then he is unfit to become Secretary of Defense.
Therefore, Chuck Hagel is unfit to become Secretary of Defense.

Q.E.D., biatches.
