Wait... Was that link to a the Minaj thing supposed to be music.

Because I heard no music.

I heard noises. I heard sound effects. I heard a drum beat (kind of). I heard her grating voice repeating generally stupid, kiddy-pool-deep words over and over. I did not hear anything that could even vaguely qualify as music.

And people BUY this shiat? fark, I hate people sometimes.

SmackLT: Firststepsadoozie: I have never listened to a Nicki Minaj "song" on purpose, and I have yet to heard one from start to finish.

After the whole thing about forcing Guantanamo inmates to watch Glitter, it got me thinking. We've all occasionally joked about various artistic and media endeavors being like a kind of torture. The writers of The Muppet Show even immortalized the joke in the lyrics to the opening theme. But what must it feel like to know that your artistic works were actually used as a form of torture?
