The Tea Party Community site automatically filters "Teabagger" to "Great Patriot," if Farkers who are totally NOT trolls on TPC need some ideas for material.

If that's true, holy crap!  That's hilarious.

I read that as "Great Parrot" because they have absolutely no ideas of their own except what they imagine the Constitution to be.

That can't be.  It says right here...

"They have come to the Tea Party community to be in a relaxed and protected environment where they are not censored for having a different opinion or stance when it comes to their conservative beliefs," Selaty said.

Changing the terms would be censoring.

That's like 0.28523% of the number of people on Facebook who "liked" Barack Obama.

Maybe I should join up. The opportunities of parody seem endless. This book was advertised on its log-in page.

You are correct. I didn't catch that myself until you mentioned it.

Seems like someone is milking Teabaggers for their hard-earned money and revenue-generating patronage on a website filled with ads.

/They should just charge $5 per month instead.

No, of course not, but if they bother to sue the Tea Party Community into tiny tiny pieces, I have to decide who to root for.

So it's like Free Republic, but they actually hired a web designer?

Is there a "Hate" button? These people don't like much. Well, they like hating things.

And I can't believe they don't realize that this is an intelligence gathering op orchestrated by "President" Fartnambla.

When a bunch of Farkers invaded Tea Party Nation a few years back I signed up for an account, those guys send me between 4-8 derpy emails a day.

2013-02-12 08:49:08 AM
So to move away from a popular social network, doesn't sound very social or network-y of them.  They don't sound like they can use their filters very well.  I wonder how many AOL emails this new social network has gained?

I also highly doubt these people have as many liberal "friends" as they say.  In both forms of the word.

There is a real threat to humanity here.

When that much derp gets concentrated, it creates a perfect storm of stupidity. The intellectual black hole could destroy us all.

I want to sign up, and then act like it's about actual tea parties, inquiring as to the best blends of Darjeeling, and what methods they would recommend to use for warming the pot and such.

Would that count as trolling?

So that needs to be added to the list of people or things conspiring against the republican party or is it already on there?

2013-02-12 08:56:50 AM
Once on FB I was told I wasn't serious about debating the issue from a libertarian because I explained to him he needed actual use factual evidence, like real world examples to support his point instead of just repeating libertarian doctrine like it was proof onto itself, like a religious person using the bible as "proof" that god exists.

I like this idea very much. It would have to be done in complete earnest.

And then maybe turn creepy with way too many pictures of little girl's tea parties. Or maybe not, I dunno. Plans are for fools.

Strange how so many people think "freedom of speech" and "freedom from criticism" are synonymous.

2013-02-12 09:02:06 AM
From their "Terms of Service", there are no comments specifically saying that only conservative views can be expressed, but the standard "You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user. " item is there and I suspect that will be the catch-all excuse for banning anyone 'outted' as a 'liberal'.

That's funny since stranglehold is nugent's best song and he doesn't even sing it

This will surely help them get out the softer message and get moderates to embrace conservatism.

What the hell is the deal with "Conservatives" creating alternative versions of websites that aren't even politically geared in the first place? Conservapedia, Twitchy, and now this garbage. Do these regressive farkwits really get that upset by reading people's opinions that are different than theirs?

Since they have an alternative version of history and an alternative version of science then need an alternative version of facebook for their alternative reality.
