1. An original, successful work of creativity should be left alone: no sequels, reboots, re-imaginings, etc. 2. There should be no IP rights, or at the very least no IP rights that extend for decades after the creator's death. If anyone wants to exploit anyone else's creation for their own profit, that should be just fine and dandy.
