Their software asked for the name on the account. It should have been confirming that the number and name matched, just as a teller would. Instead, it asked for the name then threw the data away.

So is her husband for that matter.But at the same time, they also must have SO MUCH disposable income that they didn't even bother to check on that account for over 2 years. So they are in good shape either way.
