She just sounds like that idiot pageant girl.  Maybe she is just really dumb and can't answer questions on the fly like that.   She's a 'palin-american,' if you will.

She used to look like this just a few months ago:

Yes, she is loony, but she does look a lot better in that interview than she did a few months ago.

That whole segment consisted of 3 phrases actually said by the person they were profiling.

That last part which they said she was rambling on, to me sounded like she was asked a question that really pissed her off and through her off a little, and she was searching for away to answer it besides saying what she really wanted to say, which wouldn't have been to nice.

Yeah.  She seems to be gradually disconnecting from reality, and it's not especially funny.  Hope she gets the help she needs.

I wonder what sort of medication she's on. She could simply be on drugs, but things aren't always that simple. Bi-polar is a possibility. There are three different types, and she has seemingly exhibited a manic state in the past. Manic doesn't mean maniac like it's often misinterpreted. It's when a person is extremely happy. Giddy. All the time. Better than any high any drug can give them. They often don't take their medicine, because who would want to give that up? Plus they're often prescribed lithium for that, and they're brought back down to earth in an instant.

Bi-Polar? I'm not sure what lead you there, but from what I've seen she couldn't fit the mold for schizophrenia better.

CSB time:

Back in '06 when I was in culinary school, the night it was my turn to shadow the bartender during FOH class, the waitresses at our inn/restaurant were gossiping in the back about how OMG LISA TURTLE'S HERE. And sure enough, when I got behind the bar, Lark Voorhees was there. The only one at the bar actually. It was a quiet week.  Of course I wasn't a big fan of Saved by the Bell and thus didn't care much, so I played completely dumb when I exchanged some idle banter with her as I made her drinks. (she really likes pomegranate martinis). It might have just been because I pretended not to know who she was, but she was quite pleasant to me and eager to chitchat, mentioning she was in the area working on a voice acting gig.

I wasn't with the bartender the next night, but she was there again and apparently yelled at the inn's receptionist because she couldn't find any cigarettes.

Schizophrenics are often bi-polar. They kind-of go together.  It's called "shizoaffective disorder".

It isn't that they go together. There's just a thin line. bi-polar and adhd share similarities as well. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between bi-polar and adhd. It's usually the things like having delusions, and if they're having actual mood swings, or just getting impatient, irritated, then realizing it.

Bipolar disorder is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain (lithium).  Schizophrenia is not, although schizophrenia sometimes results in issues with serotonin reuptake.  Although, both of those disorders are on the same axis, so I'll give you points for being in the same ballpark... kinda.  Schizoaffective disorder is neither schizophrenia nor bipolar disorder.  It's a relatively mild condition that comes and goes, rather than being an uncurable life sentence.  It's comparable to the distinction between depression and disthymia.

The sad thing is that I know who she is and what she's done, and I just find it funny that the only exposure she can get nowadays is from a failed newsmagazine that probably airs overnights right before religious programming.  Seriously, when you're pushing forty and you're in acting and people are still talking about your job from twenty years ago, maybe it's time to vanish for a while and sort out your shiat and concentrate on the rest of your life.

People can sound that way when they're anxious. When i was younger I had a nervous moment or two of babbling because of some social anxiety. What made it worse was I would want the moment to be over so much I'd rush my speech and slur and mumble my way through meaningless words. I'm sure a few people thought I was on drugs, but I was just a nervous nerd.

1. "Saved by the Bell" was after my time.

2. If it hadn't been, nothing could have induced me to watch it.

When I hear what passes for pop music, and I see what passes for TV, I think, "one explains the other."

Are you new to Fark? This site is full of people that got their GED in psychology. Terms like sociopath and psychopath get thrown around constantly, despite evidence that the person using the terms don't know what they actually entail.

"It is a small, uh, opinionata that is getting blown thoroughly out of proportion. I have no stating reasons why anyone should worry about me. I mean, clearly I am a very strong, top-of-the-line, always-rising-to-it personage. And um, I have no worries myself, nor do I exude, exhibit or posses within my living strata...stratus any reason why someone should worry in my behalf. It's just lies. It's completely fictional," she said.

Well... Hmm...

My first thought is that this is the first time I've ever seen a human being refer to themselves as "top-of-the-line".

My second is that there's one of two things going on here.

1. She's some sort of extraterrestrial or extradimensional being in the form of Lark Voorhees, trying very hard to speak like we do and failing.

2. She has some sort of aphasia and is spitting out strange words and phrases without even knowing it.

Either theory is supported by her "About the Author" for her books:

It was the devastating war she fought against the Shadows.

That, and the fact that she never quite recovered from the death of Kosh.
