When I become the vice-secretary for capricious justice on the interwebs, anyone.. and I mean ANYONE other than Clint Mansell who uses Lux Aeterna for a youtube video will be sentenced to one week of being forced to read and correct youtube comments for content, grammar, and spelling.

One week. Total.

168 hours of service that must be completed within 30 days of sentencing.

I believe this to be just, fair, and completely necessary for the good of all mankind.

I think you spelled it correctly.

And I am not biatching about you... you understand that right?

That song just .. it gets in my brain and stays there for DAYS.

And really.. It was just EVERYWHERE on youtube for a few years. It seemed like every other video used it, or part of it.

I would like you to add:

"In The House - In A Heartbeat" and "Battle Without Honor or Humanity", and possibly "In the Hall of the Mountain King"

How's that lightsaber going to come into play for the climactic "rock-bottom" scene at the end?

I feel that way about Orff's "O Fortuna."  It was awesome in "Excalibur" but everything since has been over-dramatic.

IMO this was a pretty weak attempt, even completely ignoring how much this has been overdone.

/tried to use the Benny Hillifier on it but no luck. Maybe my adblock or something?

That would be "Carmina Burana". If you would like to try other Carl Orff pieces, try googling "Catulli Carmina", or "Fark Orff"

O Fortuna is the first piece in Orff's "Carmina Burana" and is the overused piece that the poster was talking about.  Carmina Burana is the name of the entire opera.

Meh... so the video is the equivalent of the chunky, mid-30s, never married chick at a party.  Any greenlight is better than none.

It always amuses me that when I was in 7th grade I thought Darth Vader looked just BADASS.  All these years later, whenever I see clips of him all I can think of is "that mask looks really stupid.  I'll bet there's a Mattel logo on it somewhere."

I keep hoping will start using some of the movements from Satyagraha by Phillip Glass, but I can't even find a full recording of the entire opera.
