Google+ has a lot of users who don't know they're using it. Google's turning every other kind of account they have (e.g. YouTube) into a Google+ account. Business listings on Google Maps are being turned into something similar to Facebook Place pages.

I tried it once.

It was way more complicated than it needed to be.

All 150 active users of Google+ are Google employees.

These tumbleweed jokes are getting farking tired. There's plenty of people on Google+, and we're not all Google employees, we're just people who can tell the difference between good service and bad service, and aren't fooled by all the FUD around Google.

Unlike Chrome vs Firefox or Google Search vs Alta Vista, coming late to the party with a superior product isn't so easy in social networking land. But those of us who switched are glad we did. Besides, I'd have left Facebook even if there wasn't better competition. They're a terrible company with an over-hyped service full of problems that people stay with because they don't know any better.

Sub y doesn't understand what Google+ actually is and probably used it today without even realizing it.

It's when you ask for 25 results per page instead of the usual 20, right?
