Hoopy Frood: If the bridge is in a condition where it can be maintained in perpetuity, why is Illinois spending money on a new bridge?


If 14.4kbaud modems and phone lines are still in a condition where they can be used to connect to the internet, why are you spending money on cable internet service (or DSL, or fiber, etc.)?
