Cute.  And yes.  At a young age kids are little sociopaths with no conscience.   Say...any time before 25 or so.

Smart kid.  Deny deny deny.  Even in the face of overwhelming evidence.  Then call your lawyer.  Not a criminal attorney, a CRIMINAL attorney.

Mix in some red pepper flakes and put it back on the counter.

The kid will only raid the sprinkles one more time.

Lessons learned the hard way are still lessons.

To teach me not to suck my thumb, my mom tried covering it with Tabasco. I couldn't get enough of the stuff and started putting it on almost everything I ate. Still today, I usually have 4 or 5 different kinds in the fridge.

Kid got the right idea. Deny. Deny. Deny. And then when faced with overwhelming evidence...deny anyway!

I am not a child psychologist, but it doesn't seem like good parenting to put a child in the situation to lie repeatedly.

You must be kidding. The parent gave the the child every chance to tell the truth but the child lied. You blame the parent instead of the lying liitle shiat?!!!! Your parents FAILED. Please do not reproduce.

I would have asked a couple of times, then held up a mirror so the child could see the sprinkles. If the kid is going to be human and insist on lying, he should at least learn how to cover his tracks. Have some self-respect.

I would probably find a better place to keep my sprinkles also.

My parents would not allow me to lie to them more than once. To quote my dad "You go to hell for lying, same as stealing."

They cut out the part where the kid gets his ass kicked for lying. This video sucks.
