He did brilliantly - although I am sure you were just as capable at nine going on live TV, only far more professional.

WestHamHooligan: wow, that was a looooooooooooooooooooooooong segment... couldn't take it

Well, it was Fargo weather...

The kid reminded me of an out-of-breath, disoriented Vanna White, if Vanna White talked.

Is this that one Farker's son who is currently weather-obsessed?  If not, it should be because a Farker's son would have nailed the finger pointing.

2013-02-08 08:43:56 AM
i thought he did great.  He was trying real hard to do a weather report with the hand in the right place and everything.

2013-02-08 08:45:50 AM
Reminded me of a young Chris Farley. Good jorb young weatherman!

2013-02-08 08:52:07 AM
Awesome job! Seemed like a long weather segment to say its cold and snowing in North Dakota.

2013-02-08 09:07:29 AM
See? A nine year old CAN do your job!

Good job kid!

2013-02-08 09:31:27 AM
Fail?  That kid is great

2013-02-08 09:33:29 AM
This kid rules.  Sure is concerned about the cub scout camp.

2013-02-08 09:46:37 AM
Nothing but WIN!!!

Best part is how the weatherman seems to be having as much fun as the kid.

Thanks, subby. You put a smile on my face this morning!

At nine years old, I would have crapped my pants and started crying if someone had tried to get me to do that.

I submitted this with a non-cynical headline.  The kid rocks.

2013-02-08 10:19:38 AM
Having fooled around in one of those green screen setups before, I give that kid a ton of credit.

He hit his targets way more than I did.

Kid is like a young Lloyd Lindsay Young

Hellllllllooooooooooooooo

He does better than a majority of meteorologist college students.  He must not have realized everyone would be judging him.  Just wait until he grows up and starts to hate himself.

2013-02-08 10:39:45 AM
I thought he did great. I couldn't get my kid to get his face out of Minecraft to even put on an ill-fitting suit. Go William!

That real life version of Martin Prince did a great job.

2013-02-08 11:10:03 AM

FAIL?  YOU fail subby!

2013-02-08 02:11:20 PM
completely inappropriate use of fail tag.

What do we do, to get it switched to something like interesting or cool?

This kid did an awesome job.  Put him together with Frankie MacDonald on television permanently and they'd be way better than those idiots on the Weather Channel.  I'd watch every day.

Subby if you think this kid needs Ritalin, then you haven't been around kids much.  This kid did an awesome job.

2013-02-08 04:31:59 PM
Subby's a dick.  That kid was great.  Also I'm reminded how freaking sold it is up north.  I'm wearing short sleeves and planning to go fishing this weekend (and not ice fishing).

Dammit. That's what I thought. Live action Martin Prince.

Let's get live action Kearney, Dolph and Jimbo in here to give him a pink belly.
