The southern diet thread made me think of chicken fried steak with cream gravy flavor for chips.

dletter: Sriracha is just a variant on BBQ or "Hot" chips.
Cheesy garlic is just a variant on garlic/cheddar chips.
Chicken & waffles is just a variant of Chicken in a Biscuit, except on chips.

This was, probably verbatim, the pitch from the flavor-boffins to the suits.
