I met Ernest Borgnine in Toronto at the airport back in 2000, had a beer with him. Nice guy very large man in person.

Ernest was a pretty cool dude from everything I ever heard him say.  Genuine and always smiling.  Bateman seems like a cool guy as well so maybe the house has really good karma.
