No no, we just given chili powder to everyone now and it'll cancel out chili powder crime by proxy.

If this were a scene in a movie, I'd probably cut it off for being unbelievable.

Yeah, little bit of pain never hurt anybody. If you know what I mean. Also, I think chilli powder is a good idea. Big, fark-off spicy ones. Ones that look like they could destroy your intestine. Chilli is good, because they don't make any noise, and the less noise they make, the more likely we are to use them. shiat 'em right up. Makes it look like we're serious. Guns for show, chillies for a pro.

Reasonable limits on the amount you can have at any time,, a limit on the scoville heat unit of said powder, coupled with chili powder-free zones would be sufficient to prevent tragedies like this. Additional penalties for use of chili powder during the commission of a crime, and we're set.

The penalty for shooting a cop is more severe than the penalty for temporarily blinding one.

Well everyone knows that chili powder has 1,000 uses besides the cooking spice. Brilliant but in a dumbass way. Now everyone with an IQ under 100 will be up all night researching this stuff.

The only thing that can stop a bad guy with a handful of chili powder is a good guy with a handful of chili powder.
