bulok: StrikitRich: Seems every time the Doctor regenerates, he gets a bit younger.  So, who will be the young actor to portray him next, Andrew Garfield?  He has the hair.

If they really want to break Doctor Who into American audience they need to consider getting an American actor. I was thinking Justin Bieber.

I hope a statue sneaks up on you, sends you back in time, and feeds of your temporal energy.

enry: ThisIsntMe: My understanding is that Hugh Laurie is available next year.

Stephen Fry as companion?

... I would pay good money to see that, even if it was just for a short special.  That would be hilarious!

/yes, I have seen 'Curse of the Fatal Death'

Good for Matt Smith.  He's an excellent actor and I've thoroughly enjoyed his portrayal of the Doctor and I wish him well.

There was a female Doctor, sort of.

There's still the other universe Tennant Doctor that was with Rose.

Also, the Doctor Donna thing was great. I hated her at first, but I grew to enjoy her a bit. As much as I like the play with the Ponds, I really miss Donna for some reason.

Also, this movie sounds....intriguing. I think that's the word I'm looking for.

Successful actor in Hollywood - wouldn't go for it. But yes, he's got the hair.

He's already appeared in a couple of episodes. Of course, that was before he was Spiderman.

Those episodes, if they ever happened, were the worst episodes of Nu-Who ever and I wish to expunge the memory of Dalek guido and pig men from my memory. If I ever get a time machine I'm going back in time to make sure those episodes never farking happen.

I think he'll be around for another series or two. He's young and he loves the job. Look at Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman - they're both breaking into Hollywood in a big way, but they're both still committed to Sherlock for the forseeable future.

Also - this movie sounds weird as fark, and I want to see it.

Well, that's the end of his job on the BBC if he's going to be in Hollywood.

/he's my favourite Doctor... his character's boundless energy and enthusiasm is infectious.
