as for Tuscaloosa - that place is f'in crazy.  saw a car wrapped to look like dude's hat.  saw tons of people wearing jackets and pants and hats in that same design - that's when i realized what it was...

By "dude's hat" he meant Bear Bryant's fedora.  Lots of Bama fans wear hounds-tooth / herringbone stuff (hats, scarves, etc.) on game day.
