So I was gonna do a bbq with ribs this spring. It will involve like 8 hours of baking (48 hour soak, two hours bake, then grill) to get all the ribs done.

Am I going to CO myself to death?

/I have a detector just in case, but I never heard I should be worried about all my gas shiat. My house is all gas.

I would never dry anything this way. I want to say this would qualify for a Darwin Award, but it is an elderly person so I have to feel bad here.
