A six-year-old can't drive on ice and snow, especially if it's a rear-wheel drive.

In the kid's defense, he had to be there in 26 minutes.

When I see "BMW" there, I don't find it possible to muster even an iota of sympathy for the mother.

Why werent those keys locked up in a safe, with a seperate steering wheel locker with a seperate key?? We must make cars illegal to save the children.

FTFA: "The girl decided she wanted to visit her father, who lived in a different location." - Separated parents. Maybe it wasn't just a joyride. Maybe the kid felt desperate to see her dad. If that's so, it's kind of sad.

So the 6 year old can drive a stick?   Oh wait, you mean someone wasted a bunch of money on a car with power, only to neuter it with an auto?

Automatics are the AOL of the automotive world

Separated parents.... wife with a BMW.... wife sleeping upstairs when the 6 year old kid is home with her.... 6 year old little girl desperate to see her father.

This story makes me sad for the little girl, and angry at the worthless mother at the same time. Yea, I know I may be jumping to conclusions but I have personally seen and lived this too much to not be able to see what happened here.

If I had a kid that ruined my car, coming to "see me" or not, I'd put him up for adoption or voluntarily hand him over to child protective services.

I'm grateful for my continued existence after pretty severely damaging SEVERAL of my Dad's cars as a idiot 12-15 year old.

Thanks for having more patience than I could, Dad!!

Yinzers have their own special code of conduct on the road. It involves I.C. Light, Gittuttmahway, FarkyouYOUjagoff, and I'm not riding your bumper. I'm not riding  your bumper. I'm not riding  your bumper.
