Bit'O'Gristle: Kinda makes you wonder where they got access to a military LAW anti tank weapon.

The only thing an expended LAW tube is good for is use as a firing tube for something home-built using Estes rocket motors and a liberal amount of beer.

Something designed to launch rockets is not a rocket launcher therefore there should be no regulations or restrictions on gun ownership.

Seems legit.
