I mean, why not have it there, I'm sure the fine people of New York would enjoy a quality college conference basketball tournament once in a while.

Besides, the ACC's not just southeastern anymore: They'll have Pitt and Syracuse, they've already got BC, Duke seemingly always has a non-conference game or two at MSG, and there's a lot of Notre Dame fans in the northeast too.

Personally I'd prefer they just have it in Greensboro every year, but if the conference is really going to embrace its expansion, it might as well d a tourney in NY once in a while.

There's the small thing of New York not giving a fark about college sports. People that do are transplants from other cities, states, etc. with their own teams.

i want it out of Greenboro just so the NC teams don't always have a home court advantage during the tournament.  NYC is much more neutral.
