Well, the cops made it pretty clear via statements to the press that they weren't going to do anything to Chris Brown. Normally cops are all gung-ho to prosecute anyone, so the way the worded things, there was a pretty clear subtext that Frank was on his own with this one.

They should give Chris Brown and Frank Ocean a pair of boxing gloves. The same thing with him and Drakes entourage scuffle a few months back, I doubt either would agree to trade blows in a fair and open manner alone. Its like how Eminem turned down the boxing match proposed by Moby after some personally disrespectful Eminem lyrics.

Rap hasnt been a bunch of tough guys since the 90s. I doubt half these chumps rapping about 45s nowadays even carry a piece.
