Both are delicious. While you're fighting, I'm eating more crabs.

I don't know a thing about how they do 'em in Baltimore, but the blue crab I had in Florida was a damn sight tastier than dungeness.

Just for perspective I was born on Geary st. San Francisco.

Could I have both, or would that be shellfish?

It's probably a good thing that the nearest Joe's is 3 hours away from me, because I could eat there weekly.

I can catch blue crabs all summer long from my backyard, so I got burned out on the 24/7 crabs cycle long ago. But I will eat them frequently.

Subbsey, how dare you give that disgusty cespool of dirty humanity known as Baltimore any type of credit what-so-ever for those beutifully delicious creatures properly called Chesapeake or Atlantic blue crab!!?!?

Have had both, would turn down neither, prefer blue crab.

I've had both, in abundance. csb. My best recollection of crabbing was a trip we did on Half Moon Bay pier n SF. I was very young, 7ish. kids did all the grunt work while the adults got drunk and biatched about shiat, and traps and politics.

But we hauled home two huge baskets of those bastards and boiled em all up proper. Half got chilled, the other hot half absorbed while the adults were still conscious. Those that got boiled then cooled a while? So sweet, so meaty. It was the payoff.
