One of our managers likes to come to work while sick.  He has already changed the rules for sick leave from two days without a doctors note to one day.  He told me that people who are coughing aren't contagious since the virus has run its course already.  It is an interesting theory but I had been under the impression that lung tissue floods itself with mucus to wash away stuff that isn't normal... like virus and bits of other cells that have exploded because they were virus factories that filled up.
