He's doing it wrong.

There are people who will pay you to pee on them and wear diapers.

Not that I know anything about that kind of thing.

Kinda surprised they didn't just shoot him.

In an incident that could elicit sympathy from even the SPD's harshest critics, a diapered, drunken man urinated all over the back of a patrol car Sunday night, leaving officers to deal with the mess, according to the Seattle Police Department.

Nope.  Try not being assholes and I might care that you had to clean up after a drunk.

I'm thinking this dude who is pissing on everything needs a thrashing.  Like an inch of his life kind of beat down.  Not that I am on the cops side either.

Sorry, I don't feel sympathy for them being forced to deal with angry drunk people, that is in their job description.  They signed up for it.  Get to wear the uniform, be a powerful member of the community, deal with people pissing randomly in the back.

Goddamn ABDLs. This is why the internet doesn't like you. You just FORCE your fetish onto people.

Atleast horsegag.avi was mildly entertaining for an awkward laugh.

Yep, sounds like Seattle. Reminds me of a day several years ago, it was bring your kids to work day and we were going over to see the horse patrol at a park downtown, as we got there this guy came walking by with his dick out peeing as he walked and sang.....cops standing all over the place and they didn't do shiat about it, the kids that were with us were totally disgusted.

They didn't, and the man let loose a pee that will cost SPD $123 per hour to clean up, according to police.

Backs of police cars are designed to be easy to clean. They're just running up the bill. Maybe they think they can charge felony instead of misdemeanor vandalism by writing a large number of dollars.

It wasn't one of these guys was it? PNSFW, but still funny.

Obvious solution: Foley Catheter.

It's a urinary drainage tube that goes up the penis and is 'locked' into place in the bladder by means of an expandable collar inflated with sterile water. The collar is usually around three times as big as the urethra. To remove it, you deflate the collar and pull it out.

The catheter connects to various plastic catch bags.

If you're a bit sadistic, when you install it, you get one slightly oversized.

They can be pulled out, still inflated, but it's an experience most men choose not to go through. The collar expands the urethra to three times it's diameter. That hurts! Often, it rips the sensitive lining.

I've worked on patients who have pulled them partially out and can tell right away how far they got by the big ball bulge in their penis. Looks kinda like a snake ate a golf ball.
Most are not in a hurry to try it again.

The drunk might not feel it while plastered, but when he sobers up and is hideously hung over, he'd have a whole new kind of pain to contend with.

(I used to install and remove the catheters on guys when I worked in a hospital.)

There's also the less invasive Uro-sheath. It's like a condom with a belt. It slides over the penis and you tighten this rubber belt around the base to hold it in place. (Something like a c**k ring.) At the tip end is a rubber tube, usually connected to a plastic bag the wearer straps to his leg under his pants.

Like a c**k ring, you can tighten the band too tight, causing the penis to get edema and swell, partially closing off the urethra so you need to be careful.

Of course, unfortunately, I'm aware of too many guys who would enjoy abusing these devices while applying them to themselves.

This is newsworthy?  REALLY?
It's a nice night at work when this doesn't happen.
Tomorrow is the Super Bowl.  I'll lay money down, right now, that we have three of these patients still sitting around "metabolizing to freedom" at change of shift in the morning.
My staff gets assaulted frequently, and the police tell us there isn't anything they can do about it.  Complete non-sense.  You spit at a cop, there's a charge for that.  You strike a medical provider in a hospital in my jurisdiction, nothing (though some creative things have happened, I can't condone).

Diapers are the way to go.  You put a foley in 'em, and there's always the chance that they'll rip it out.  Then you have to treat THAT, and you get more paperwork to do, and you've got some drunk idiot sobbing about the lousy state of their urinary apparatus.

Condom cath/uro sheath (male only) is not a bad option.  We don't have bands that secure it on any more.  Instead, there's a sticky side to the cath.  You just roll it up on there....  Added bonus when some of that hair gets stuck to the tenacious glue.

Still, diapers are where it's at.  Drunks come in, get stripped down, gowned and diapered up, and put to bed.  We tend to do some minimal testing on them, but they get a full exam.  Last thing we want to do is find out they're not actually drunk, but dying.

That's really odd.  I would think cops would be more protective of the folks they might desperately need someday.  In many places, assaulting medical personnel is an enhanced offense.

I was completely shocked when I tried to get charges pressed in one case.  Literally, go one mile away and you'd face a felony.  Here, the officer told me "We can't really do anything, the patient is sick"...  Really?  Who's the medical professional here?

Don't get me wrong, I've worked both sides of this.  I understand that it may not be the easiest case (although this would have been an easy case), but you do your freakin' part.

Just like we do our part.  It doesn't matter who you are, what you've done, etc.  Get through the door, we're going to take care of you.
