So does Walkin kill Pacino in the end? What kind of shiatty "crime boss" can't reach into prison to off someone, anyway?

a poor film is no excuse for a unspired cliched and tired review of said film.

Look at Walken's IMDB page, he is in so much schlock.  No one in Hollywood can write a decent part for him?  He apparently will show up and do a movie in exchange for a juicebox.

Him and Michael Caine. Like Michael says "If you're in between movies you're not an actor, you're unemployed." or something like that

Dennis Hopper made a lot of shiatty movies too but he's still one of my favorite actors.

Excuse me, excuse me. That hardly seems logical, does it? Perhaps you just don't watch good films.

It's explained in the movie.

Martin McDonagh can and did.

He did an interview once and basically said he liked acting so much, as long as he wasn't already booked, he'd do pretty much any part offered.

You use the word schlock as if it is a bad thing.

Walken must've been pissed after the fifthieth time that Arkin asked Pacino if he thought the Glengarry Glenn Ross leads were insured.

Aw, you guys missed it.  Pacino's overacting aside, it was a pretty fun film.  Walken is always a pleasure, and Arkin just ate his part up perfectly.

That's the long and short of it.  Walken loves working.

Pacino on the other hand has no excuse for the crap films he's made except that they made him a lot of money.  It's amusing that his best work in the last few years has been for HBO.

I think he snapped after Cazale died.  That's about the time he inexplicably started talking like Yosemite Sam.

Maybe someone will offer Walken a part in a movie about two guys and a girl who go out on a boat, get drunk, and later the girl drowns.  A whodunit, you see.

I've seen this movie and it's good. Walken is great, Pacino is Pacino. Arkin bangs a couple broads.

Drew McWeeny can never wash the stank off of him that is Ain't It Cool News.

That and the stupid shark movie he wrote.

I watched this earlier today and was pretty disappointed. It squanders the start power it has. Although this scene was pretty cool.
