Sure is awfully nice of them to link directly to a video explaining out to make meth.

My first thought was that Walmart needs it's own tag.On second thought I realized that Walmart and dumbass are the same.My third thought was that the War On Drugs should be taken to the frontline:Walmart!!
My head hurts now.

Really? That's what counts as shocking these days?

A few weeks ago I took some Allegra + decongestant. I have to believe that meth users have the clearest sinuses of any drug using group.

I think we have had another case of this posted here before - don't remember the details..

....meanwhile, the rest of humanity wonders why the hell Walmart exists, if not as a base of operations for making meth.

2013-01-30 12:13:22 PM
I've never really understood what the hell meth is made of and why it's so dangerous. As far as I can tell it's a combination of cough syrup and nitroglycerin.

Great.

Thanks to the article, I now know how to make meth.

/off to walmart
//but I'll pay for my items

The AP shows that a third of patients in burn units were there for injuries sustained by attempting to manufacture methamphetamine. The average cost of a meth burn victim's stay in a hospital averages $130,000 and nearly all do not have insurance

It sounds like it would be a lot cheaper to just let the government distribute meth to the meth heads while providing counseling and creating a social stigma around it.  you know, treat it like the public health problem that it is.

I did a GIS for "meth face sores" (sfw, possibly not safe for stomach) and it looks like at least half the meth users have them. I had not idea it was so easy to spot.

Nitroglycerin + matches + household cleaning items+ sudaphed (you can substitute Clairtin D).

Season as desired. Serve on glass.

Hard to believe this happened in this part of Ohio, where I used to live. It is a shame these types of people are now everywhere. Even in straight laced Mentor, Ohio.

Manufacturing meth is illegal, why are there so many cases of burn injuries?

Maybe they should make it illegalerer?

I call bullshiat.

These figures sound inflated, similar to the supposed "street value" of drugs.

Say for example, $2500 for an ounce of marijuana..

I had no idea that the making of meth went from 'giant chemistry lab and dozens of steps' to 'some farknut in a store aisle with a salt shaker'.

What do you think the ppl who worked this out could've added to society with their chemistry genius instead of making any tweaker a walking meth lab?

/Tho they prolly just would've made another boner pill.

I would think this would have been more likely to happen in Oklahoma than Ohio.

It's the anhydrous and the stirring that causes the explosions. Also the ether being left too near open flames.

I can't believe what some people are willing to put in their bodies. It's one thing taking some drug you get from a pharmacy and you don't know what evils it contains. It's a TOTAL other thing to physically take, in your own hands, every god awful sick evil poison known to man and mix them together then set it on fire and breathe it in.

/Takes all kinds I suppose.

Around where I grew up the anhydrous was causing frost burn problems, mostly due to the handling. The tweekers' collection equipment tended to consist of bicycle inner tubes and milk jugs.

/Oh, and a few bullet wounds what with a couple of farmers not being thrilled about catching them on their tanks.

If you think meth is bad, don't go looking up krokodil. The Russians cook it up at a heroin replacement, and it makes meth look healthy.

Proof right here that Wal-Mart does create good paying jobs.
