The Land of Tomorrow, a three camera sitcom based on what the "future" would look like in the present.

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, featuring David Lynch's return to primetime television.

Splash Mountain, a family variety show where they hum inexplicably racist tunes.

Will Disneyland then base a ride of the ABC drama that is based on the Disneyland ride?

Yeah, the first thing I thought of when I read the headline was "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride". Oh, it's a drama? Even better.

It would have to be better than an uplifting series based on "It's a small world after all".

With 999 Ghosts and 'room for one more' the 'Haunted Mansion' would have the most potential for a television series. The Eddie Murphy movie was poop, even for this hardcore doom buggy rider. Tombstones, cemetery, mansion paintings, dining room ghosts. No brainer.

One of the 924,342,126 movies Guillermo del Toro is currently attached to is a movie about the Haunted Mansion, completely separate from that Eddie Murphy travesty.

I'd watch a reality show about the Snow White who got busted for selling handys to the Dads while Mom and the kids were on It's a Small World.

Guess you haven't been on the Pirates ride lately. I hear Capt Jack is on it now & they took out the whores & drunk guys.

Now that's something I can get behind. (Said Capt Jack Harkness)

Seriously though I'd love to see more Torchwood. Even though last season pretty much sucked. That poor show died with Children of Men as far as I'm concerned.

Reportedly, Del Toro has turned in a screenplay that Disney approved and offered to produce it if Disney didn't want to wait for him to become available to firect it. Disney, however, does want to wait. Not just to get Del Toro behind the camera but probably also to allow even more time to pass since the Eddie Murphy version before doing the reboot.

Victorian? I thought BTM was western themed? Gonna guess they were developing this show that wasn't getting much notice or attraction till one of the producers took his kids to Disneyland noticed the resemblance to the trains for the show on BTM. Change the name and claim it's based on the ride - instant publicity.

I think to imagine American Horror Story was a grown up version of that.

The Wild West era in the US and the Victorian Era in England happened concurrently. Remember this guy in Unforgiven?

Wasn't The African Queen the Jungle Cruise movie before there was a Jungle Cruise?

I was down at the NAMM show which was at the Anaheim Convention Center and one of my friends commented that the city should tear down that burned up building. When we looked at it, we all turned around and said, "Dumb ass, that's the Tower of Terror."
