Those fuzzy handcuffs can be painful if they're cheaply made. Sometimes the fuzzy parts move and get bunched up and your skin starts rubbing against metal which is pretty unpleasant.

So I hear. . .

Virginia Code § 18.2-361, for anyone else looking. Oral and anal, giving or receiving, whether gay or straight: Class 6 felony, punishable by "a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years, or in the discretion of the jury or the court trying the case without a jury, confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both".

It's probably a felony even more popular than repeat marijuana possession.

In theory, this should make homosexuality illegal, as I don't know of any gay men or lesbians capable of the traditional missionary style.

It's still illegal in the military. They call it sodomy.

No, homosexual couples are cleared under Lawrence v. Texas. But you should still be able to arrest straight folks for sodomy.

And how many states still have laws against fornication? The last time a state attempted a prosecution, the prosecutor assigned to the case was living with his girlfriend and (presumably) a fornicator himself.

Oh, yes it is. The state government can drag dusty old laws out of the closet when it feels like it. MA dusted off a law making it illegal "to display or distribute any device intended for self-abuse or the prevention of conception" to charge a fetish nightclub that had, among other things, been distributing comdoms. That law is still on the books. But when governor Romney started enforcing an old anti-miscegenation law, that was so embarrassing that the legislature finally did something about it.

If you're going to use handcuffs make sure get something high quality that double locks. A double locking mechanism prevents the cuffs from tightening around wrists and potentially causing nerve damage.

Also metal restraints aren't that comfortable to struggle against, you'll probably want to get some leather restraints or rope, a quick 2-column tie isn't that difficult to learn...

Or so I hear...

What if neither of us live there per say? What if it is more of an abandoned building that we frequent so that we can stare at the neighbors having sexytime while we poo in blue solo cups and eat bagels from Panera? Is that ok ? You know, hypothetically ?

Stupid laws are stupid.

I know SC also has a law regarding unmarried couples living together. It's called common-law-spouse. Now how is that for enforcement. No trial, no jail time and no cost to taxpayers, only instant sentencing to marriage.

Well, it was a law that forbid out-of-state couples from getting married in Massachusetts if they could not legally marry in their home state. It didn't explicitly mention race, but the original purpose of the law had been to discourage interracial couples in other states from flocking to MA to get married there. He tried to use it to prevent out-of-state gay couples from getting married in MA instead; it didn't work.
