I didn't screw with him but knew those who did. I worked in a different area and heard stories constantly from those around him. I don't agree a whole office should have to change their standards regardless of one person and their quirks. He tried to change the office to suite his needs and it backfired on him at the worker level. If he had true phobias and OCD this wasn't the job for him as it was a team environment with constant interaction. Making a scene while putting on your respirator like a military gas drill doesn't make you friends either.
