And so has the entire internet, apparently, and it's making me nuts. What is the set up to that punchline, please? I had a similar problem for years with only knowing the punchline: "How do you think I rang the bell?" until I randomly heard the whole joke from my FiL about 3 years ago. Not really worth the wait for the joke itself, but nice to finally have comedic closure.
