As if most people could name the Treasury Secretary now...

Their is a group of assholes in this country that won't be happy until we go back to scrip from the company store. I am no fan of the Fed, but I detest the banks and corporations that control our monetary system, our food supply and our healthcare system even more.

the Secretary of the Treasury ain't where its at anymore.

its the Federal Reserve Banks that run the bingo game now. and those banks are privately owned, not government owned.

I'm waiting for some RON PAUL tard to explain how we need to go back to the gold standard of the early 20th century.....

/cause that worked out so great for everyone in the '30s.
//can we use gold for useful things like plating in electronics and not for currency? It would make my job purchasing said gold a lot easier if it was just an industrial commodity instead of some magical money device. Its not like gold has some inherent monetary value either.... Its just a shiny rock.

Did you know that the Fed are "the banks" that control our monetary system?

Unless we change to a kilocalorie/energy based currency it's all moot anyway.

Actually, I long for the return of the day where gun owners had to drop their firearms off at the sheriffs office on the way into town.

My preference would be for some form of a rating system where your value is set at the contribution you actually make so society. This could be done with money, but is currently very far from how it works out.

So does that mean they are going to allow that disgusting loopy signature? That is going to be such an international embarrassment, because countries all over the world accept US dollars as an alternate currency.
