Remember friends, no matter what happened, as a rule it is never a good idea to follow someone after a traffic dust up. He got out of his car at a strange house and walked into the driveway carrying an unknown package, yelling for someone to come out. That kind of behavior tends to trigger a home defense sort of response where I am from.

Did I get it right?  If anyone should be charged, it's him.  What a douchenozzle.

It wasn't a perceived slight. She cut him off by illegally merging and failing to yield.

She caused damage to his property.

She admitted fault.

/  Yes, she got upset when she woke up and realized somebody was mad at her.  Maybe she even thought for half a second about whether or not she could have done something to cause the upset. How scary.

/ What did you want him to do? Just flip the bird at her?
