artthehypnotist: Fixed it.
JohnnyRebel88: She is pretty awesome if she did it out of love for her son. If there was another reason, like putting him out to make money via illegal activities, that is a different story. Maybe he was innocent and shouldn't be there to begin with. They didn't mention what he did in the first place to be incarcerated. Poor reporting, but I don't remember reading that they were "considered dangerous", only that if they are caught with someone, they will be arrested as well. One could infer that he isn't a violent criminal by the way this reads. He obviously was not in a highly secure location either.
albert71292: My 19 year old is most likely going to the pokey soon. He was pulled over driving his friends car. He has no license, and was driving 14 miles over the speed limit. He didn't bother to tell me about the incident when it happened.Didn't find out about it until a few days ago, when a notice from the district attorney arrived in the mail, stating he'd missed his court date, and he has 15 days to show up to the office.Told him, since neither he or I have the $635 I found out it was to spare, no need for him to go to the office, just let the sheriff's department come pick him up after the bench warrant is issued. He's just gonna have to serve out however much time they give him.I think his friend, who does have a license however, should be at least partially responsible. He was in the car at the time.He keeps telling me he's going to try and sell his TV to pay the fine. I keep telling him he's wasting his time, because he's not going to get NEAR $635 for a 4 year old 40" Sony LCD, although he THINKS he can. He's going to be in for a surprise./true story, currently unfolding
cakeman: Albert7 .. My dad let me sit in Jail rather than cover my Bail I had a hard time dealing with that Jail is a experience that you want to avoid if you can. Sell the tv and borrow 400 bucks. I would take that route as a father maybe your son is a fark up but I would try to have his back on this one.
