These teenage girls should be VERY careful, as the penalty for counterfeiting in the UK can be anything up to ten years...

GWSuperfan: If you're not gonna do the job, don't wear the uniform.

I thought hookers were dressing up as teenage girls. You know, for um, marketing purposes.

HotWingAgenda: The Asshole Guy: gadian: God, I love having a son. "See those girls dressed like hookers, boy? Don't fark them until after high school. Always wrap it and never leave the condom behind." Sooo much easier than trying to negotiate or fighting about when to wear make up / shave / wear high heels or short skirts and "look little missy, you're not leaving this house dressed like that".

I have a 14 year old daughter and have none of those problems. Raise your daughters to respect theirselves, have morals and values and you don't have to do a lot of worrying.

F that, just raise them to be dyke lesbians. Problem solved. And you get the bonus of a kid you can play tackle football with.

I have two daughters, In the words of Lupe Fiasco "Im going to raise them to be hard to impress, not hard to respect."

I figure if I role model the fact that a man's main job is to bring home the bacon, then, regardless of whether they are successful themselves or not, they'll know better than to just shack up with some surfer. A man who can't provide is just a douchebag.

/Raises a flock of chickens. Roosters (and men) are aggressive, useless turds for the most part. Where do you think .25 hot wings come from?

WhippingBoy: Kit Fister: WhippingBoy: Kit Fister: I've been in schools recently where the teenagers were walking around in skimpy t-shirts and yoga pants. I realized I'm old when I realized that my first thought is "jesus, you're too young to dress like whores!"

Yoga pants??? Even bonafide whores don't wear yoga pants because they're too whorey.

Yep. Just tight spandex pants that, in the right light, show off their farking underwear.

Don't you dare look, you perv!

She can't be a whore if she's wearing underwear, duh!

PsiChick: Quaker: 100+ years ago, people were making these same arguments about women who wore trousers. Civilization will get by.

There are actual mental health problems to sexualizing EITHER gender too early, and although the Daily Fail is going the anti-porn, ebul men route, you'll notice that a lot of boys and men nowadays are claiming they can barely control themselves as if it's biological, while girls are taught by  advertisements and TV shows to dress like sluts. (Porn is porn. It's the ads, TV, and 'dolls' with half their clothes off that cause problems.)

That's not healthy for anyone. Children do stupid shiat, but there's a difference between normal teen experimentation and our current society.

But the idea that a new kind of clothing style implies a certain kind of behavior will change after people get used to it, which is what I was going for with my original example. It used to be implied that women wearing figure-revealing trousers were more promiscuous than "proper" ladies who wore dresses just as a short skirt or tiny shorts do today, and I'm sure that promiscuous women gravitated toward that style of dress for that reason. But today people don't even make a connection between women wearing pants and their sexual behavior because it's so commonplace.

This should be one of the sweetest times of life, when you feel intensely alive and the world seems a wonderful place. Yet many girls today - hammered by messages from TV, movies and online porn - believe that their boyfriend will go elsewhere if they don't deliver.

This guy is a child psychologist and doesn't know that boys are like? I never asked girls out because of their hobbies or their taste in music. It was because I wanted to fark them.

And look, if a girl goes out on a date with a guy, it should be because she has some attraction towards him. After a few dates, if she's not giving up something, then there's something wrong with how things are going.

No Such Agency: As the father of a 1-year-old daughter... whose otherwise responsible 11-year-old babysitter seems determined to dress like a 2013 version of Jodie Foster in "Taxi Driver"

Keep your babysitter happy. In five or six years you will be dying to tap that.

Look up what people used to say about the flappers in the 1920s. It was basically "society is going to hell". It would be considered as conservative dress today.

But it's not a mode of dress. It's the sexuality itself. Girls aren't wearing this because it's easier to move in or because who gives a fark--if wearing a burqa were sexual, they would wear a burqa. Sexuality is normal, but being told you have to express sexuality before you should have even had a first kiss (PSAs out where I am talk about kids  twelve to fourteen who have had sex for the first time) is not.

/Honestly, if you want to walk around naked in your own house I don't give a fark--probably don't even give a fark if you walk around naked outside, that's your ass that'll get sunburn, not mine--but it's why you do it, not what you do.

studebaker hoch: GWSuperfan

I was once told by a gay friend that straight men need to stop dressing so well. My response was: "Well, then you need to stop working at Macy's and teaching us how to dress."

It's not that they dress well, it's that they dress sexy. I see them and think "dude, you wear that shirt to a party, not to work."

You really can't go wrong in your mid 20's but I wonder if they know just HOW hot they look. If they meant to do that, wow.

...Macy's??

That's one of those mistakes I wish I had made when I was younger. Now I'm an adult male who's never worn a sexy shirt in his life and probably isn't about to start now. (Mostly because I can't tell them apart from any other kind of shirt.)

The eternal dilemma.

That's actually an idiotic image just because it's logically inconsistent. Why does it conveniently switch verbs from "dress" to "act"?

goodole312: facebook is plastered with porn? where? i must have the most uptight friends ever then, even the single ones in their early to mid 20s dont show much skin in profile pics

I have a few that have a lot of bikini pics. Quite frankly I'm very surprised, since some are my age and I really wasn't expecting to masturbate to them.

Whooo...where to begin?

I'll use a quote to sum up my feelings:

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

-Robert A. Heinlein

But, by all means fathers, teach your daughters to look for a 'provider' rather than provide for themselves and to look for a 'protector' rather than a partner. That always ends well.

/bring home the bacon, indeed

Let me reply with a quote of my own:

'Cash, grass, or ass.. no one rides for free!'

Unless they've posted guards at the clothing stores, you can wear whatever you want. Understated cool works for any age.

Men aren't over and done until they quit.
