Taft was sort of the Chris Christie of his day, it seems.

This expansion stuff will get out of hand. If they don't nip it in the bud they'll be dozens of guys out there  Then we're going need a pregame playoff system to choose the day's competitors just to keep it manageable.

There's a lovely bridge named after him up in Woodley Park.

They should have costumes ready for all 43, and break out 5 or so at random each game, with maybe a few staple guys that show up a bit more often. And have a playoffs at the end.

And at some random point in the season, have all of 'em come out for a big bare knuckle brawl.

I am trying to find out if anyone has any good information on getting VA health benefits. Basically im appealing my second discharge because no one ever told me i could get a mental health evaluation at the time of my discharge. I did six years in the Marine Corps and completed 47months of my first enlistment before i reenlisted. I dont have the DD214 for that time period but on my second DD214 under the remarks section it has the days completed and says SNM served honorable enlistment from 2004-2008. Thats also when i did my two tours in Iraq during my first enlistment. The other day i had a mental health breakdown and tried to get services and was denied. I have my congressman working on tracking down the first DD214 but i lost my copy when i lost my house and everything in it. I filled out the SF180 form and am waiting to hear back from the national archives. Im having a tough time getting sleep and have anxiety attacks. Ive been diagnosed since 08 with PTSD and dont want to go back to drinking to deal with that stuff so if anyone has some information that can help me please let me know. Its just a pain i mean i know education and medical side of VA are different but why would i get approved for my GI bill and not my medical benefits.

Find your local Disabled American Veterans office and go see them. They are the best around at helping you get though the paperwork.
