Kinda sad nobody can do anything "naughty" anymore without the fear it can be all over (with visual evidence) in a matter of seconds.

Eh, you dare a douchebag for a while, send him nudes, then dump him for being a douchebag then you should be prepared for it.

Not that posting nudes that were sent to you for your personal enjoyment onto the Internet as revenge is an okay thing to do. It's pretty douchebaggy and petty, especially if you're posting personal information as well.

The solution of course is to not date those kinds of people and then send them nudes, which I admit is easier said than done.

It's not necessarily a case of her dumping him, and him being pissed off.
A douchebag will take offense, just because.

"What? She refuses to have a threeway with me, her, and her hot sister? I'll show that biatch!"
"Gorram biatch lost her job and now we're late on the trailer rent? I'll show that biatch!"

I know, there are plenty of situations besides what I said that a person would post a picture as "revenge" for whatever perceived slight, or just be a dick and post them for the fun of it.

I hope someday we can mature and rational as a species and treat individuals with enough respect to not post porn of them online as revenge, regardless of what they have done.

But then again I haven't been on a date in four years, so clearly I am doing something wrong.

Exactly. Once a picture is either sent to another person privately or posted online anywhere, the sender/poster loses all control of what happens from there on out.

But the posting of the addresses and other private info on these women... everyone associated with that should have their reproductive organs ripped out of them. Slowly.

To heighten desire, sexual tension, and thus the eventual pleasure of the release in their partner. You know, among folks who have partners they still desire sexually, or are angling to pick up one or two. NEXT!

Moral wrong but legally wrong? These guy presumably own the photos or videos. Do I need to seek permission to upload and tag photos on Facebook? Underage photos apart I fail to see how this can be illegal and the website held responsible without opening up a rather large can of worms on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc.

I didn't say anything about the legality of it. I don't have my Texas law GED yet.

But, at the same time, if you can't make a distinction between nude photos of you posted without your consent and photos of you in a tuxedo at someone's wedding on Facebook posted without your consent, then I'm not sure what to tell ya.

2013-01-26 02:03:00 PM
Lots of stupid in this story.  The ex-boyfriends are stupid for uploading these photos and other personal information online as a means of "revenge" for getting dumped/the relationship ending, and the women are stupid for sending nude photos of themselves to their boyfriend.  If you want your boyfriend to see your tits, show him yourself, in person.  If you take a picture and e-mail it to him, it's on the Internet forever, even if your relationship ends.  It's just not very bright.

If the woman was the one who took the photo and then sent it to the boyfriend, then they don't actually own it. The one who takes the picture owns the copyright, so the site can likely be busted for copyright infringement if nothing else. And as we know from RIAA/MPAA lawsuits, that's like $100,000 per infringement.

Technology+AW = BAD NEWS.

A friend once repaired cell phones for a local carrier. I can't tell you how many time he had to pull aside the Mom of some 15 year old girl and tell her about what he found on her little snowflake's phone. And this is a small town, so multiply the dozens he encountered by however many millions of other 14-30 year old girls/women with a pretty nice camera and loads of storage space in their purse at all times.

I'll admit, I typically only look at amateur nudie sites.

A) Its more realistic and therefore doesn't damage me the way "traditional" porn does.
B) You never know, you might see someone you know. And that is a special, special feeling.

Just say no girls. Learn to say no to so many things boys want/things you think boys want.

/SO glad wifey and I had a boy.

This isn't anything new, way way back when I was in Jr High a girl had a friend take a nude Polaroid of her, which she then gave to the boy she liked to get his attention (the Mr. Popular of the school). He proceeded to pass that photo around the school until it got to my friend and I, then it was promptly returned to the girl in the photo. That isn't an option in the digital age.. once released, it is out there. be careful with that kind of flirting. Guys can be jerks.. having said that.. posting names and addresses of the girls.. there has to be a special level in hell set aside for that level of jerk. I think the girls should create a site that posts these men's photo's and addresses along with a description of what happened and why they are ex's. Maybe these players would stop getting play, know what I mean?

Again... its obviously completely wrong to post them without her permission.  But is it illegal?
