Sorry...I made a hash of that headline. Leverkusen is at Freiburg, and there's also  a Niederrhein derby between 'Gladbach and Düsseldorf.

I hate it when Bayern plays on Sunday. We always seem to drop points on Sunday.

Good stuff!

Good to see a draw in the last match, hopefully Bayern can pull a win, though I'm always scared when Bayern is closing out the matchday.

Cheers amigo! :-)

I hate Sunday games for Bayern. We dropped points to Leverkusen on Sunday. A team like Stuttgart isn't to be taken lightly either. On their day, their brilliant. But they also have days like when we played them last time and spanked their arses until it was 50 shades of red.

Gomez should start in my opinion. He always brings his A-Game against his former club.

Hamburg wins 3-2

Bayern game is starting now, let's do it to it!

Mandzukic starting. I wish Gomez was. I guess this means Mandzukic is now first choice striker for Heynckes.

I imagine Gomez will come in around 60

This is a pretty intense match. Hopefully Bayern can get it in the net soon. Stuttgart is pushing, they need to give some space on the scoreboard.

This Stuttgart defense has gotten a lot better. They're stifling Ribery, which most teams can't do.

Mandzukic is playing well enough and offering nicely to the buildup play, but Gomez should come on.

I always thought they had to give a corner kick before they went to half if one was needed. Odd.

2013-01-27 12:38:27 PM
Oh man, he came close to missing that hahah :P but.... WOOOT! Bayern goes up by 1 in the 50th.

2013-01-27 12:39:28 PM
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL MANDZUKIC!

2013-01-27 12:45:26 PM
I still think Gomez should come on. That goal was gifted from Molinaro.

2013-01-27 12:59:56 PM
Mueller! Man, he's been aching for that goal all night! Nice!

2013-01-27 01:02:27 PM
You must never doubt Mueller. Ever.

I never do, I doubt a few of them, but never him. I'm still remembering his World Cup performance.

I really like what I've been seeing from Martinez today. He's been winning the ball AND creating chances. Worth 40 million? Not quite. But still we're seeing some brilliant stuff. The Schweinsteiger and Martinez double pivot has the potential to be the best in the world. Under Guardiola, it could really flourish.

I don't think you do, or any of the few Bayern fans who hang out here. But some people really have it out for Mueller.

Dortmund won their first two in the Ruckrunde with an 8:0 differential. The last two seasons, they've been devastating in the second half. That said, I don't know if Bayern can be caught at all. It might be that BVB need to 1) make sure they lock up their CL spot for next year and 2) make a run deep into the CL knockout stages.

I was shocked about Guardiola coming to FCB next year. That's scary.
