And that's why we don't start Coates.

2013-01-27 11:04:49 AM
Not too worried yet, we let them score first when we beat them last year in the cup.

2013-01-27 11:05:48 AM
Pitch seems really small. Like really small.

I could see this pitch size benefitting oldham. Huge advantage when Liverpool is a space paying team.

Coates is clown shoes today.

Lucky...but I'll take it.

2013-01-27 11:19:36 AM
Suarez conjures a goal. Liverpool back up to level and looks to be back in control.

Still a week left in the transfer window...

Wonder if Toon might lose one - Tiote perhaps.

Every time I see him, I find it weird how Raheem Sterling runs. It's like he doesn't know what to do with his hands.

He also has this sorta odd chest-out run thing going on sometimes. It's fascinatdisturbing.

Is there no standardization of pitch sizes in the FA?

As far as I know there's no regulation in pitch size anywhere. The only rules are size of the goal, goal/penalty box and center circle.

There are minima and maxima. Looser in the Fitba League than the EPL/Europe.

45m to 90 wide and 90m-120m long.

I think, and I could be wrong, that the only pitch size rule is that it must be longer than wide.

Some competitions/leagues dictate pitch sizes though and FIFA won't permit certain matches on smaller pitches. FIFA also gives fields a rating. This rating dictates what can be played there.

I think its silly that shops smaller than 3,000 square feet can open when they want when shops over 3,000 square feet can only open for six hours on a sunday. Stupid overpriced corner shop booze.

Now i don't feel to bad after yesterday.
