Heh, I kid you not. Yesterday, we drove from Columbus, OH to Morgantown, WV during the snowfall and the roads were a bit rough. Whenever we saw someone driving stupid, no lie, 3/4 of the time they had Virginia plates. Like the rest of the traffic is doing 40 and they're passing in an unplowed lane at 70. One of them was actually weaving in an out of 45 mph traffic where the roads were whited out. In town, we saw two within ten minutes using the unplowed suicide lane to pass up traffic stopped at a light. It was actually a joke when we saw someone driving stupid to guess that the plate would be Virginia.

Probably because all of the elected derp ( and the staff they bring with them) is concentrated in that spot...
