I like this. However, by law, you should only be able to use without a coffee lid so that it's likely that you burn your hands with scalding hot coffee and ruin your device.

Wow - that looks really....Wow

I like the fact that people are being creative and preying on weak minds, but do the makers of this really believe that anyone with any shred of self respect would buy and use it.

So much for the billions invested in making phones smaller and lighter. Does this thing come with its own carrying case? How about a counterweight on the opposite side of where the cup holder is, so you don't need to use your, umm, TEXTING THUMBS to stop the whole contraption from flipping ass-over-teakettle due to the weight of the cup? No?

Move along, nothing to see here.

Can I get one that will hold my Super Big Gulp as well? For the afternoons, I mean... I don't drink Pop for breakfast, that would be disgusting.

that's menarded.

Yes - this will go great with the Bluetooth ear-piece for the "complete douche-bag" look!

Oh, got a Instagram! *spills coffee on right tit*

So when I try to talk on it, I end up dumping hot coffee right in my ear. Sounds like a wonderful idea.

Oh, right. I don't have an iPhone. Whew. That was a close one.

That's amazing. I've got the same iphone-cupholder on my luggage.

Why would anyone need two hands to text normally?

Oh. Right. iPhone.

Big farking deal. Mine has a cupholder, AM/FM stereo, power disk brakes, and delay wipers.

HA, they got it backwards. They need to create an iPhone holder that attaches to the cup!! That way, you hold the cup and the iPhone is positioned so you can tap on it with your free hand.

Or, OR, buy a phone with a large enough screen such that an adult human can type at a decent speed with just one thumb.

My sentiments exactly.

How do I read when someone sends me more than 2 lines of text?
"Turn it sideways"
But then I can't use both hands.
"Text with just on thumb"
Wait, won't I spill my coffee?
"Take your coffee out first"
*eyes clerk suspiciously* You don't sell a lot of these do you?
"Not yet, I'm sure they'll take off soon though"

I kind of like the idea but the execution seems rather lame.

Also: wouldn't mind having coffee and engaging in iNerdery with TFA writer

That's nothing. If I wasn't so damn lazy, I'd apply for a patent on the best idea I've ever had: A strap that goes around a woman's waist to secure a smart phone to her back so you can text while doing it doggie style. (I thought about a similar product to put on a hat, but the constant bobbing up and down would make it difficult to use).

It seems to function quite well as an envious loser detector.
