Oof.  Let it go, guys.  It's not getting any traction.

2013-01-24 01:37:52 PM
Mr. Johnson is having a rough couple of days.

2013-01-24 01:40:27 PM
That Johnson's getting rubbed the wrong way.

2013-01-24 01:41:43 PM
The GOP on Benghazi is like that one asshole playing Pictionary that shouts the same wrong guess OVER AND OVER AND LOUDER AND LOUDER AND LOUDER,hoping that at some point it'll magically become the correct guess.

2013-01-24 01:44:38 PM
I think Kerry will do just fine as Secretary of State.

Jesus Christ, it's like we're dealing with third-graders, but at least third-graders can keep shiat organized in their Spongebob backpack.

I think my third-grade teacher set a higher bar for competence and responsibility than people who vote twits like this into office.

2013-01-24 02:16:21 PM
I like this John Kerry.  He's not the spineless wimp he was in 2004.  He's taking no one's shiat.

Why didn't  Sen. Ron Johnson attend the briefing? He seems pretty concerned about what happened in Benghazi...

Wait a second! I just realized something. You might want to sit down for this.

This isn't about Benghazi at all!

This is just an attempt to try to create a scandal out of nothing in the hopes it will make Obama look bad!

2013-01-24 02:41:09 PM
Rand Paul actually inadvertently told the truth yesterday when he said to Clinton that he thought Benghazi was the worst thing since 9/11.  Thatis the narrative they're trying to create.

2013-01-24 02:42:25 PM
In before paid shill comments on how the President "lied" by calling this an "act of terror" and not "terrorism" because we didn't have all the facts, based on an out of context quote of "right."

He has been on the Milwaukee talk radio circus yesturday and today trying to defend himself and save face.

This Kerry guy is impressive. He should run for president.

Christ, Johnson isn't even trying to act like he's not completely retarded.

Your GOP, ladies and gentlemen. Your GOP.

I literally couldn't believe my ears when I heard him say that on the news last night.

That is just pathetic pandering to folks who have convinced themselves the date was 9-11-2000.

Seriously Kerry is actually a pretty good guy. It's just the GOP really made him look bad and he is not the most charismatic person on the planet. He is actually pretty smart.

Yeah I still think Kerry would have been a fine president.

Exactly why are they asking Kerry about this anyway?  What was his role in it?

2013-01-24 03:24:07 PM
This whole thing has been this:

GOP: Answer out questions!!!

Obama admin: Ok here are the answers....

GOP: *sticks fingers in ears* Why won't you answer out questions!!!!!

Wash, rinse, repeat.

2013-01-24 03:24:12 PM
When the hell did John Kerry get balls all of a sudden?

Benghazijuice...

Benghazijuice...

BENGHAZIJUICE!

True Fact: if you can trick a conservative into saying Benghazi backwards, they turn into a liberal atheist, and instantly become gay married to the nearest turtle or duck.

WTF? Why would you say that? I want them to never, ever let it go. Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi! 24/7! And I want them to keep talking about rape, all day, every day. How can you sleep without a right wing politician spouting some gay indoctrination conspiracy or nonsensical bigoted comment? A day without blaming the recession on minorities or unemployed single mothers is like a day without sunshine.

I hope they never shut up. Every day, the GOP sets out to prove that no one can make them look worse than they make themselves look.

bulldg4life: He made himself look pretty bad, too. He's been completely different the past year or two.

I think he was trying extremely hard to look "presidential" during the campaign and ended up just looking generic. He should've just been Kerry - those occasional asshole comments are part of having a personality.

Part of me thinks the shiat treatment he got in the 2004 campaign made him more jaded and perhaps a little bitter.

He married a woman whose father owned a plastics manufacturing company. His father-in-law then made him CEO, so he thinks he is some sort of self made business genius.

He also defends the Catholic Church and has campaigned on reducing the statute of limitations on child molestation cases. That's why SC Johnson (a family companyTM) donates quite a bit to his campaign.

GOP: We don't care what happened in Benghazi, we want to try to make it seem like there is something sinister about not making information public quickly enough because stoopid libs.

Everyone else: We don't care about 'statements', we care about what happened in Benghazi and how to go about preventing it from happening again.

We were already at war in 2004 (and knew Iraq wasn't tied to 9/11 and had no wmd's) and the Patriot Act was just signed. Bush did all the damage in his irst term. We'd probably be in exactly the same boat. And if Gore had won in 2000, the GOP would have impeached him for letting 9/11 happen.

I can see trying to reduce it quietly, but  campaigning on reducing the statute of limitations for child molestation? That takes some serious chutzpah.

He was on CNN this morning screaming over whoever their morning reporter is about how there was no protest at Benghazi preceding the attack, which it's been pretty clear their was. This was his talking point during the hearings with Clinton and he's sticking to it.
