pxsteel: I have almost nothing in common with anyone in Oregon or New York or Illinois or Maine. I don't think like you do and I don't want to live your lifestyle, I am sure the feeling is mutual.
bulldg4life: Sen. John McCain (R-AZ):"It was a fine speech, but I didn't hear any conciliatory remarks," McCain told the Times. "I didn't see any specific reference like, 'I reach out my hand to the other side of the aisle.'"Why in the blue bloody f*ck should he have any reason to do that?
DamnYankees: pxsteel: I am getting up about 4AM on Saturday to go Coyote hunting in the morning, I spent about an hour last night cleaning my 243. I will be taking my shotgun as well because there is a pond near where I will be and I will be grilling fresh duck for dinner saturday evening. It is going to be around 82 degrees here on Sunday, so we will most likely be on the lake. I have not been able to water ski in 2 months and it's one of my most favorite things to do.Are you under the impression there are no people in Oregon or New York or Illinois or Maine who do things like this? Are you that arrogant to think you're some unique special little flower who has no equals across this country?

FlashHarry: i love that after four years of viciously and relentlessly attacking obama on every single issue - even on issues that republicans would normally agree with - they're now all farking butthurt about his not "reaching out." you know what, republicans?[i39.tinypic.com image 152x161]
mrshowrules: Cythraul: I didn't watch it. I"m tired of watching him speak. Even though I voted for the guy and agree with a lot of his policies, he irritates me these days.I like Obama but holy shiat. When did the inauguration become a 4 day coronation ceremony. That's all CNN is covering. Did all the problems in the world get resolved? Is Syria finished? Is world hunger done? 4 days x 24 hours of this bullshiat. Do Americans miss having a royal family that bad?
Cythraul: People often talk about their disdain for both parties, and mention of their abstention from the presidential election as a way of protesting. I'd imagine that at that point they become a part of a constituency that candidates can safely ignore.
somedude210: but if you thought that in 08 he was super liberal, well that was your problem because he never came across as anything more than a left-leaning moderate pragmatist
Cythraul: He's no where near as liberal as I had hoped for.
