Wait until the first time the kid decides to finger paint the iPotty with his "creation". And infants/toddlers will do just that.

Don't buy a used flatscreen from a sports bar, especially a small one. You don't know where they had that thing.

You're certainly helping to make the guy's "dogs are better than kids" argument.

I'm so happy I don't have children. My dogs are happy shiatting in the grass and then chasing any random squirrel or rabbit that wanders into their domain.

And even when they do have accidents inside their poo's don't leave behind smears, super easy to clean up.

That is an argument? I thought it was common knowledge that dogs are better than kids. They're smarter, more fun, less expensive, and more loving.

No, cats are better. You don't have to teach them where to poop, you just put a box somewhere and they figure it out.

Eh, I could see it being used. Kids love gizmos. Kids love gizmos their parents love and they figure them out fast. If they see dad on the can with the iPron, they're going to want to go with the gizmo too or a toy shaped and sized sort of approximately similar.

I don't see a problem with this.. I used to bring a magazine to take a shiat, then it progressed to the laptop, then it turned into the netbook, and now it's a tablet... As technology evolved so did shiat taking entertainment.

Yeah - trust me, many cats don't just "figure it out." You do have to provide some degree of clue to those corner-pissing, rug-shiatting morons. If you get them as a kitten, it's easy - if you adopt, as I do, it's a bit harder.

I gave up, and put a cat door in some years ago. The good news? They no longer poop in the house. The bad news? They bring in birds, squirrels, and snakes, instead.

For $40 you get a fairly normal-looking, plastic, child-sized toilet with a removable bowl.

Which is great for potlucks.

Like my girlfriend's cat. Most of the time she poops in the box, but it's barf and poop surprises the rest of the time. To be fair, she's 15, but that doesn't make finding her little "presents" any less aggravating.

Still, what if this ultimately leads to some weird social conditioning where, even as the child gets older, he simply can't do his business without having expensive electronics right there in front of him

No need to wonder about this. Millions of adults are already there.

I reeeeeeeally hope that's a shoop. I'm not very good at telling by the pixels. But seriously, if that is real.....oh man. It's like a roller-coaster-seat-slash-medieval-torture-device for a gosh darned shiatter. Unbelievable.
