(YouTube)   Ladies and gentlemen, it's the Sleepy Man Banjo Boys on David Letterman. And by man they lied - they are all 13 and under. Good if you like a banjo, a fiddle and a gittar   ( ) divider line

It's really annoying that it's 2013 and the bluegrass community still REFUSES to use electric/acoustic instruments on stage.

Dude, save your Martin acoustic for the studio, where they've got all the time in the world to mic it properly.

When I'm running a open/mic jam, and I've got minutes to try and set a mic to pick up your '64 Martin without feeding back all over the place,
it's going to sound like crap, and you'd have been better off just playing a nice electric/acoustic Taylor.

Unless it's the theme to "Car Talk," I ain't interested.

/and by "unless," I mean "even if"

There is nothing better than a well-played banjo. And nothing worse than a poorly-played banjo.

Psh, bet my kid can beat them at CoD though, what with all the hours they spent learning to play musical instruments.

That's kind of cruel, like teaching wet cement how to sound like a parking lot.

That kid playing the banjo has more talent in those three fingers than Justin Bieber has in his entire body..

Imagine how many girls will be throwing themselves at him during his 20's, once they put two and two together.
