NBC and comedy is dividing by zero.. Actually.. I was almost certain TV + Comedy was dividing by zero until I saw Portlandia and my faith in  TV actually having funny shiat on it was restored again..

Community, almost definitely gone

Goddammitsomuch!

Logline: Single camera. In New Normal fashion, this ensemble comedy is focused on an irresponsible man forced to grow up when he discovers he has children resulting from his days as a sperm donor.

So they're cancelling "Community" so they can rip off a Vince Vaughn movie?

But will it bring us the Coconut Bangers Ball, The Series?

/can't imagine that sketch airing on today's SNL, what with the mention of Attractive and Successful African Americans.

Have you seen what passes for "comedy" on FX?

Between Archer, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League, and Louie, if you find no humor, you're dead inside

To be fair, "Archer" and "Louie" are great and I regard them as outliers. The rest? Meh.

There's a "see what sticks" approach to TV comedy.

I saved all of you from a reality show called "Let's get this party started" when I fell asleep during a screening at the MGM Grand. It was completely missing the idea, and I could have organized a better show under that title.

Don't worry, guys. As long as they keep the great programs Whitney and Men Are Too Stupid To Care For Their Children, NBC will be a-okay.

NBC dosesn't seem to have a hand on the steering wheel right now. This guy is suppose to 'save' the 'Today Show'. Well, I guess we all knew there was trouble at Kabletown.

It's killing me. Who is that? I remember him saying and doing something incredibly stupid. Why do I have it in my head that I wouldn't hire him to work the register at a Dairy Queen, let alone be a newsperson?

It's clear that what passes for comedy in FX is a lot better than most any other network.
