Rincewind53: Amazon is a monopsony. Yes, the consumers benefit from low prices, but it's bad for the industries, and ultimately, bad for the content  producers.


I had that same view until Amazon threw money at wife for a couple of books that will be coming out this year under one of Amazon's publishing imprints.
