What iteration of Simcity is this?

When I played that back in the early 90s it was called Railroad Tycoon Deluxe, but it seems they call it Sid Meier's Railroads now. Hours of wasted time to be had there. :)

I think that image was from an old old old game called A-Train. I vaguely recall such a game. Really old DOS game. That's not Railroad Tycoon though

always wanted to build a cessna 310 in the basement--kind of tough since it is almost 10 feet tall. would love to take a full 747 and make a house out of it. that would be a blast.
