Silly Spaniards, you leave out the first name when dedicating some public space to somone, like Madison Avenue, Washington Boulevard, or Churchill Street. Plaza de Joe Strummer sounds cack. Plaze de Strummer is much better.

He's not trolling. He means Joe Strummer had a tons of influence on The Smiths just like he influenced so many other bands that came after The Clash.
